[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#1101952: rust-src - please make multi-arch: foreign

Package: rust-src
Version: 1.85.0+dfsg1-1
Severity: normal
X-Debbugs-Cc: waldi at debian.org
The rust-src package is arch:all and includes only source files. This
means it is agnostic to the architecture. But without a valid
multi-arch definition, it can not be used from another architecture.
Please make rust-src multi-arch: foreign.
This is a pre-condition on building Linux with support for Rust.
