The rust-src package is arch:all and includes only source files.  This
means it is agnostic to the architecture.  But without a valid
multi-arch definition, it can not be used from another architecture.

Please make rust-src multi-arch: foreign.

This is a pre-condition on building Linux with support for Rust.
