I'm not sure what to make of this error: my guess is that because I 
added an exclude to debcargo.toml, the orig tarball has changed 
accordingly. Can I somehow add a suffix to the version so that this 
conflict doesn't happen? In the meantime I have also asked for a new 
upstream release, which would circumvent the issue, but I don't know how 
fast that can happen.
