be included in the next upload. For your next contributions to Rust packages,
I suggest you get familiar with Rust Team's packaging procedures so you can
directly contribute to debcargo-conf [1] by opening a MR. You will find the
relevant documentation in the Book [2]. I saw you also opened #1104023, so I
won't repeat this there.
