retitle 1101082 RM: rust-hafas-rs -- RoM; obsolete upstream, no longer 
in use, depends on packages we would like to get rid of

please remove rust-hafas-rs

rust-hafas-rs has been replaced by the rust-railway-* crates, which have 
been packaged
under their new names. All reverse dependencies have migrated to the new 
crates.

Furthermore rust-hafas-rs depends on old versions of a number of crates 
which we
are trying to get rid of.
