As discussed some time ago, the current modifications needed to bootstrap rustc
for bookworm-backports are too intrusive for a review in reasonable time.

As Debian trixie got released now, let's instead move the bookworm users to trixie.
For trixie-backports we can do better if we backport the new versions in time
so no separate bootstrapping is needed.

Please note, trixie-backports isn't open yet. We will announce as soon as
trixie-backports is available for uploads.
