I try to keep our transition bugs on salsa updated (but also often
enough fail to do that 100%), since these transitions usually involve
more than one package (set), and it's easier to track that in one
place rather than 15 separate BTS entries ;)

in this case this would be https://salsa.debian.org/rust-team/debcargo-conf/-/issues/147

but I will try to be more pro-active in the future w.r.t at least
cross-referencing, and keeping at least the "major" components of
a bigger transition synced between the two.
