Hi. My script "check-nocheck" tells me this:

==== build-dependencies that should drop their <!nocheck> annotation ====
librust-gtk4-layer-shell-sys-0.4+default-dev

(Not sure if there might be a better fix, not involving dropping annotations)

I would attach a proper patch, but when I do "debcheckout rust-gtk4-layer-shell"
I got this:

declared git repository at https://salsa.debian.org/rust-team/debcargo-conf.git [src/gtk4-layer-shell]
git clone https://salsa.debian.org/rust-team/debcargo-conf.git [src/gtk4-layer-shell] rust-gtk4-layer-shell ...

fatal: unable to access 'https://salsa.debian.org/rust-team/debcargo-conf.git [src/gtk4-layer-shell]/': URL rejected: Malformed input to a URL function
checkout failed (the command above returned a non-zero exit code)

So, it would be nice to have that fixed as well.
