Hi. My script "check-nocheck" tells me this:

==== build-dependencies that should drop their <!nocheck> annotation ====
librust-gtk4-sys-0.10+default-dev

(Not sure if there might be a better fix, not involving dropping annotations)

Note: In this package, debcheckout does not work either.
