rust-axum-server - no changes needed
rust-cbindgen - fix uploaded to unstable
rust-rustls-native-certs - no changes needed
sccache - no changes needed
sdml - no changes needed

I still have to sort out the availability of rust-scc
on most architectures, and give some time for the
fish maintainers to respond, then it looks like this
should be ready to go ahead.
