[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#1124001: tex-fmt - upcoming rust-dirs update

Package: tex-fmt
Version: 0.5.6+dfsg-1

I hope to update the dirs, dirs-sys and directories crates to
versions 6, 0.4 and 6 respectively soon. tex-fmt needs
a dependency update to build with the new version.
