[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#1124389: please enable to build json feature

Hi,

I've packaged icann-rdap-srv which needs the json feature of rust-ipnet.

It fails to build without, I've confirmed with a local build of 
rust-ipnet with enabled json feature that it builds and works as expected.

 From the changelog of rust-ipnet, it seems that the json feature was 
disabled because rust-schemars wasn't packaged yet.

However, is available as of >= trixie and it would be nice if you could 
enable the json feature in rust-ipnet. Let me know if you'd like a patch 
for it.

Until then, I'm afraid I'm blocked uploading icann-rdap-srv.
