[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#1100804: debian-repro-status: reports on removed but not purged packages

Hi,

I just noticed some packages in the list of debian-repro-status output 
with UNKNOWN that I was surprised to see. Inspecting them I think I had 
them installed, but I removed them.

I think debian-repro-status should only check for really installed packages.
