rust-polling FTBFS on powerpc:

error: cannot construct `libc::timespec` with struct literal syntax due to private fields
   --> /usr/share/cargo/registry/rustix-1.1.2/src/backend/libc/event/syscalls.rs:164:37

This seems to be fixed in the latest upstream version:

Could you update rust-polling to 3.11.0 to address this problem?
