Typemap hasn't seen an upstream release in over a decade.

The only reverse dependency of typemap currently in Debian is
the wyz crate. It is only used for the "garbage" feature which
does not appear to be used by anything in Debian.

It looks like typemap was also used in the past by the log4rs
crate, but that has since moved to a fork "typemap-ors".

As such I have patched wyz to get rid of the typemap dependency
/garbage feature. I suggest that once it migrates to testing
we remove typemap from Debian.
