[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#1111261: please upgrade crate sysinfo to v0.37

Done in experimental.

In terms of the reverse dependencies, i've dealt with the rust team
ones, atuin is broken and not in testing, and btm needs no changes.

That leaves git-delta and scaphandre as needing attention, can
you prepare updates for them and get back to me when you are
ready for an upload to unstable.

atuin - broken and not in testing
btm - jonas's package, no changes needed
git-delta - jonas's package, attention needed
rust-du-dust - fix uploaded to unstable
rust-process-viewer - fix prepared but not uploaded
scaphandre jonas's package, attention needed.
