[Pkg-rust-maintainers] tealdeer 1.7.2 / debian 13.1, 13.2 / cannot update

First, thank you for your work !
 
On a fresh minimal install of Debian 13.x , while trying to use tealdeer, I encoutered a problem : tealdeer cannot upgrade its cache (using tldr --update). Apparently, the cause could be related to SSL certificates. So, I then installed openssl, but got other errors. Eventually, I installed wget and it worked. I don't know for sure what tealdeer is expecting to be installed, and I got no other info from their github page.

Would wget be included as a dependency of tealdeer be an option for the Debian package ?
