[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#1117559: rust-analyzer: Add dependency rust-src

Dear Maintainer,

please add a dependency on rust-src (or at least a recommendation).
To be used, rust-analyzer needs to use the rust source code.
When installing the analyzer and rust via system packages, also the rust source code
should automatically installed via packages.
