Dear Maintainer,

thanks to an updated version of librust-pyo3-dev I started another try
to update the package python-nh3.
But succeeding on this requires now also an more recent version of
librust-ammonia-dev.

candidate versions found which didn't match: 4.0.0

Please update rust-ammonia to version 4.1.1 (or greater if available).
