   * Team upload.
   * Package serde_with 3.18.0 from crates.io using debcargo 2.8.2
   * Drop bump-ron.diff and stop patching ron dependency, what upstream wants
     now matches what Debian has.
   * Stop patching versions of regex and time, what upstream wants now matches
     what Debian has.
   * Update remaining patches for new upstream.
   * Disable newly added support for schemars 0.9 and 1, leave support for
     schemars 0.8 enabled.
   * Eliminate dev-dependency on yaml-serde.
