Package: ntpd-rs
Version: 1.4.0-6+b3
Severity: normal
Time daemons in Debian typically do this, for example chrony:
Provides: time-daemon
Conflicts: time-daemon
Replaces: time-daemon
ntpsec and systemd-timesyncd do the same. This ensures that, on
installation, other time daemons are correctly removed and only one
time server runs on port 123 and tries to sync the clock!
I think ntpd-rs should do the same.
