rust-rav1e 0.8.1-7 had its encoder /usr/bin/rav1e in the rav1e package:

But it was binNMU'd recently, and something must have changed in a 
dependency (possibly debcargo?), resulting in the executable being moved 
into the librav1e0.8 package:
