Hi,

 > I attempted to locate the libstd-rust-dev-wasm32 (version 1.90.0) deb 
package in the repository, but it is missing for the loong64 architecture.

libstd-rust-dev-wasm32 belongs to the 'all arch' packages, and the 
location to obtain it is as follows:
