src:rust-rustc-hash-2 was incorrectly added when the rust team needed to
support both 1.x and 2.x versions of rust-rustc-hash. The expected
practice is to create a versioned package for the older semver.

This has now been fixed by introducing src:rust-rustc-hash-1 and
updating src:rust-rustc-hash to the 2.x line.

src:rust-rustc-hash-2 is obsolete and can be removed.
