Package: rust-finl-unicode

I hope to update rust-itertools to version 0.14 soon, rust-finl-unicode uses
itertools as part of the regeneration process.

I adjusted the code to relax the dependency, but when trying to build the package I get.

> patch /rust-finl-unicode-1.2.0/src/data/grapheme_test.rs -i /rust-finl-unicode-1.2.0/debian/patches/drop-incompatible-tests.patch
> patching file /rust-finl-unicode-1.2.0/src/data/grapheme_test.rs

I've left my changes in debcargo-conf, I'd appreciate if someone more
familiar with the package could follow up on it.
