nethsm-pkcs11 build-depends on librust-pem-rfc7468-0.7+default-dev, however
rust-pem-rfc7468 was recently updated to version 1.

Upstream has updated the dependency to version 1, they did not make any code
changes when doing so, however they did enable the "alloc" feature.
