[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#1141685: ordered-float 5 transition context

Hi,

This upgrade is also relevant for the ordered-float 5 transition.

ordered-float 5.3.0 has been prepared in experimental, and the Rust Team does
not currently plan to keep a semver-suffixed ordered-float-4 compatibility
package for the transition.

In current unstable metadata, rust-salsa's Testsuite-Triggers still include:

  librust-ordered-float-4+default-dev

So once the package is updated for v0.27, please also make sure the test
dependency no longer blocks removing/promoting the ordered-float 4 dependency
line during the transition.
