 A Rust library providing a precomputed map (minimal perfect hash function)
 that can be embedded in binaries. Useful for static lookup tables where
 the key set is known at compile time.

 This package is needed as a dependency of swc_ecma_preset_env, part of
 the SWC ECMAScript toolchain required by node-rollup v4.
