The following bugs track same issue for other packages originating from
same upstream "workspace": #1140527, #1140528, #1140529, #1143093.
Background: The rust team generally avoid upstream git-tracked source
files, which is often the preferred form for editing by upstream, as
basis for Debian source package, but instead unpacks and uses generated
"crate" packages from the distribution system <https://crates.io/>. For
upstream projects that generates files as part of the process to
prepare such "crate" packages, it becomes a DFSG issue.
