Dear Maintainers,

The package rust-kmon is currently marked as "Build-Attempted" on 
ppc64el
on the official buildd system, but it actually builds successfully.

Successful CI build: 
https://ci.debian.net/packages/r/rust-kmon/unstable/ppc64el/71761639/
Also build successfully on local ppc64el machine.

The previous buildd failure appears to have been due to transient issues
(test timeout).

Could you please request a giveback for rust-kmon on ppc64el so the
official buildd can retry the build?
