[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#1135812: rust-comrak: please upgrade to v0.52

There is a pending MR to update rust-comrak from 0.41.0 to 0.49.0.

I selected 0.49.0 as the target as that is what is needed to update ruby-
commonmarker from 0.23.10 to 2.6.3.

Updating ruby-commonmarker is necessary to fix redmine, which is currently 
trying to update from 6.0.6 to 6.1.2, but needs a newer version of ruby-
commonmarker.

The MR to update rust-comrak from 0.41.0 to 0.49.0 is currently not ready to 
be merged because there are multiple other packages that need to be packaged 
or updated at the same time.  Any help on getting all of those prepared would 
be appreciated.

If there is another package that needs rust-comrak 0.52.0 and can’t be 
satisfied by 0.49.0 I can scrap the existing MR and start working on 0.52.0.  
However, that is a bigger jump with major braking changes, which means even 
more packages will need to be adjusted for everything to land.  Again, any 
help would be appreciated as I only have had a limited amount of time to work 
on it.
