Hi!

starship currently has the following stanzas in Packages:

Package: starship
Version: 1.22.1-9
Built-Using: rustc (= 1.94.1+dfsg1-1)
Static-Built-Using: rustc (= 1.94.1+dfsg1-1)

This does not seem correct, since it build depends on a lot of librust-
packages which are likely mostly also linked into the resulting binaries.

Feel free to reassign this to dh-cargo or dh-rust with more information if you
think this is caused by a bug in either of those helpers (but please keep an
affects: on starship to keep it visible/tracked for this package as well).
