Dear Maintainer,

PyO3 0.29.3-1 is currently available in experimental in preparation for a
coordinated transition to unstable.

As part of the transition validation, I rebuilt all direct reverse
build-dependencies against PyO3 0.29.3-1. The transition test of rust-pyo3-async-runtimes
0.28.0-1 failed at the install-deps stage with:

  Depends: librust-pyo3+default-dev (< 0.29-~~)

Please update the package's dependency constraints to support PyO3 0.29 and
make any source changes required by the new API. The transition timing will
remain flexible while affected packages are being fixed.

The failing PyO3 0.29.3 build log is attached.
