 .
   * Team upload.
   * Package finl_unicode 1.5.0 from crates.io using debcargo 2.8.4
   * Drop the criterion dev-dependency with the benchmarks.
   * Remove Cargo.lock during the build.
   * Keep upstream Unicode 18 tables; unicode-data is 17.
   * Compile grapheme tests only with that feature.
