[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#1152142: RM: rust-thrussh-libsodium - ROM; unused in Debian

Please remove rust-thrussh-libsodium from Debian. It isn't used for
anything in Debian and it's probably best to not have multiple Rust
libraries for using libsodium in Debian. The suggest replacement is
rust-libsodium-rs.

I got approval from the original uploader, Alexander Kjäll, before
filing this bug.
