[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#1148335: rust-tracing-forest: Stop using rust-ansi-term

At 0.3.1-2, I have remove the ansi feature, but not clean the dependences.
I will update a new version 0.3.1-3 right now, and remove the ansi-term dep.
