[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#1149124: rust-rootasrole: FTBFS with the nocheck build profile

Hello Santiago,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention! I must admit I wasn't 
entirely familiar with the issue displayed on the ddpo panel, but now 
I've looked into it.

I have now fixed and tested the package. I opened a MR in the Rust 
team's repository, so the fix should be uploaded soon.
