Please move them all to README.source and add a notes that cross-bootstrapping 
is known not to work at this time.
We will re-evaluate that part once things get more quiet and you merge your 
local branch.

Due to the number of packages in the queue, I suspect everything is on hold 
waiting for jessie release. I'll ask them to drop the current "rust" so we can 
upload alpha2 "rustc".

Speaking of which, do we default to !dlstage0 now? (ie. building with locally 
installed rustc?)
Are we all ok with uploading alpha2 this? We should then update README.source 
with the new status.
