[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Fails on the testsuite?

No, I haven't seen this when I've been building rustc.
There are various env vars that affect testsuite verbosity and parallelism
- you might need to fiddle with those to extract more information. I can't
think if any likely causes off the top of my head...
