Hi,

this has been really only a short check:
 src/libbacktrace/* is GPLv2+ and missing in debian/copyright
 src/libbacktrace/dwarf2.def is GPLv3+ with exception
 some file in src/librustdoc/* mention OFL for fonts
 E: rustc source: source-is-missing src/librustdoc/html/static/jquery-2.1.0.min.js

and while you are at it:
 W: rustc source: debian-rules-ignores-make-clean-error line 84
