Oops.  This is a known issue (the toolchain bootstrapping currently only
works on i386+amd64), and please don't spend time on this - unless you want
to invest a fairly significant amount of effort (in which case, please
carry on! ;)

The "Architecture: amd64 i386" field was mistakenly removed (by me) in the
1.1.0 upload.  I'll restore it asap to avoid consuming the time of porters
investigating an already known issue.
