Why was Replaces/Breaks: libstd-rust-7d23ff90 necessary?

(My hope was that different versions of libstd-rust-* could coexist to ease
upgrades of packages that use dylibs - of course we don't have any of those
currently or soon, but I was hoping to exercise the approach in preparation)
