I said I resolved this problem by update gcc tool chain. I send report not
ask for "rustc should support gcc 4.9 and binutils ....", I mean you should
add binutils versions into dep list to make it run correctly just after
someone type "apt install rustc". The dep list you are using is making
"installation not complete".
Please do that to make other people install rustc easier. I can run rustc
perfect now and don't need any more help, so close the report if you want.
