I'm looking at it now - can we please get some documentation for it? What does it *do*? A simple README.Debian, a few paragraphs, would be enough.

"This package adds the ability for dh_auto_* to deal with Cargo crates. It (some specifics) (etc)"

>From the looks of the source code, there is no "--with cargo" nor any "dh_cargo" command at this time, right?
