[Pkg-salt-team] Suggesting for git workflow

Hi,
I would like to propose that all proposed changes / things you are not
sure should be pushed into an own branch instead of the master branch.

This will allow proper review and will allow to adjsut the changes until
they make sense.

I also strongly suggest that we are not creating/adjusting
debian/changelog and just use git-dch before upload for it. Or use at
least UNRELEASED until we uplaod it.
