[Pkg-salt-team] Bug#712819: salt-call returns incorrect exit status (ie. succeeds and returns 2)

Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?

I was using salt-minion from the salt PPA which is version 0.15.3, and
everything was fine. I then tried instead to use the 0.15.1 version
from the debian archive (well, a copy of the debian package) - it worked
but the command I was using (salt-call) returns an incorrect exit status.

This bug is known and fixed upstream [1] in 0.15.3, the patch is a 3 liner [2]
