[Pkg-salt-team] Salt 0.16.2-2

Hi,

I've made the fix required for upstream issue #6502 [1]. I have done
this by adding a line (/var/cache/salt/minion/proc) to
debian/salt-minion.dirs.

This should be removed in the next release, as I assume that upstream
will fix it before then.

Other than that, the package is as it was for 0.16.2-1. As you noticed
in 0.16.2-1, there is an additional build dependency on dh_systemd.
There is no requirement for any component of systemd to be installed
on an end users system.

As before, the package is in the git archive at:

git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-salt/salt.git

Hopefully there are no other issues and you are happy to upload, if
not, then I'll fix those as they arise.
