[Pkg-salt-team] Salt-minion PATH in init script

Hi!

I use Salt in Debian (stable and testing). It works great for my
usage. Thanks for the good packaging work!

But when I started to use other folders for my executables, like
"/usr/local/bin", it started to be a real pain. After some research I
found the origin: It's because the PATH defined in the init script is
only:
/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin

Is it possible to change this to a more "complete" path? Like the
default one for the root user, which is:
/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/
bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin

Or at least, to have an alternative to set it properly in /etc/default.

What do you think about that?
