[Pkg-salt-team] 2015.8.x Salt Debian packages for wheezy

The packages for Wheezy are on the list (Salt Stack's list) to do but down
the list.

Salt Stack now has a repository at http://repo.saltstack.com/apt for Debian
and Ubuntu packages.
It is new and only getting up to speed slowly, for current supported
distributions.

I understand the naming scheme is not optimal, but the current layout is
due to time constraints.

Comments or advice on it gladly accepted.
