[Pkg-salt-team] salt_2015.8.1+ds-1_amd64.changes is NEW

FYI, in addition to salt-proxy (dependent on salt-minion), 2015.8.1 also
added spm as part of salt common.
It is missing from SaltStack's 2015.8.1 support for Debian on
repo.saltstack.com,
but will be available in the next bug fix release.
Unfortunately, I do not have time at the moment to submit the change,
but hope to have more time to contribute once the next bug fix release is
accomplished.
