Yes, sphinx backport is accepted, and pygments/salt are NEW.

I'd be glad to contribute anything into your repo but alas these three
are just silly rebuilds in a jessie+jessie-backports environment (I
don't recall I changed anything in the packages). Or what do you mean
exactly?
